a) Where there are no damages/discrepancies, your collection will be processed within 30 days of arriving at our Recycling Centre. You can request payment by going to the members menu and clicking on the “request payment button” Please allow 30 days from posting in your cartridges.
We no longer provide payment via cheque, only by bank transfer or PayPal. This is because of the rising cost of cheques and because of the potential loss that can occur in the post. Payment by cheque is now a little outdated and slow because you could be potentially waiting for 14 days before the money is yours with the time it takes to post and the time it takes to clear.
To make the process faster and more secure we offer payment via BACs/Bank Transfer or PayPal and your details can be input by yourselves into your account so you needn’t email or telephone with your details if you don’t want to.
Payment via BACs is the most secure way of being paid and is in most cases instant.
Please feel free to contact us regarding our payment policies or if you have any concerns.
b) Payments are made upto 30 days via the designated payment method.
c) Bank details and PayPal addresses must be accurate as we cannot be held liable for payments going to the wrong accounts.
a) Items may be found to be damaged either visually or electronically. Whilst we try our best to ensure damage is kept to a minimum, we do test every item on a CBR ST200 tester. We are not liable for any damage to the cartridges in transit.
b) If an ink cartridge you send us fails this test you will not be paid for it but you will not be charged. Failed cartridges are recycled but **Due to the volume of items returned, PCR is unable to return any items to the sender, whether or not they are faulty or are requested to be returned during dispute.**
c) We reserve the right to charge for the cost of collection if all items are requested back.

a) In the unlikely event that you wish to close your account, this minimum still applies.
b) Whilst we will try and do our best to offset the cost against any money you may receive, we will have to invoice if there is not enough money on your account.
