National Flood Forum
For many people flooding is not seen as a major problem but with 5.2 million properties at high risk of flooding and which may be nowhere near a river; any of us could be affected wherever we live. When it happens it is frightening, devastating and changes lives. That’s why we need to make sure the NFF is there to help more people to be ready for flooding and recover from it. The work of this small Charity means support is available to people who have flooded, or are at risk of flooding and who want to make their community more resilient. We provide a bridge between communities and those agencies that can make a difference to the fear of flood risk.
BUT, WE CAN’T DO IT ON OUR OWN ! Every penny you raise will help our work to reach out to more flood-affected people. Every ‘Like’ or ‘Share’ you give us will help us. Perhaps you know someone who has been flooded, or you’ve been flooded yourself. Maybe you’ve seen more flooding stories than ever before on the news and recognise it’s a problem that’s not going away.
Whatever your motivation to support us. WE THANK YOU.
