"Poor service and unprofessional emails. Process was very long winded and not clear to get payment. Need to remember that we are a customer for repeat business. Not worth the effort for £40."
 

This supplier want us to do everything including weighing the package and as any normal person would know we are in Milton Keynes so not being telepathic so could not weigh it and he could not read the home page were he would have found the info on payment. we just don't know what more we can put on the website.
